    • liaison with medical/social care professionals and other stakeholders.
  • To provide a pleasant and comfortable care home which is user-friendly, fit for purpose and infection-free.
  • To actively seek and act upon feedback from residents, their families/friends and other stakeholders
  • To comply with the Health and Social Care Act 2008, Mental Health Act, CQC compliance and best practice.
